Minimum one (1) year of experience in an analytical or environmental laboratory performing physical, chemical, and biological analyses is required.
Valid Driver's License with no major infractions
Must be familiar with EPA and Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater methods.
Must understand and follow the quality control requirements of the regulatory agencies in Mississippi
Ability to scrutinize analytical data at a higher level and make sound decisions regarding proper laboratory operation; able to clearly present information and data both orally and in reports.
Must be able to make chemical solutions, perform standard chemical calculations, and perform routine mathematical and statistical calculations.
