Responsibilities:
The primary work comprises of the following: -
Work on projects execution and interact with business and technology teams. Create documents for the technical components, jobs required and, update configuration details in Confluence. Analyse issues reported in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve. Support Non-Function Testing performed by Performance Testing team. Ensure environment availability and support queries from testing team. Baseline configuration objects for SIT, UAT and Production implementation. Implementation and rollout support for post implementation fixes and warranty support. Support Production Support or L3 Support team to resolve issues.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 9 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
