Job Summary Responsible for providing on-site first-line network support, smart-hands assistance, and physical maintenance of LAN/WLAN infrastructure. Ensures continuous network availability for critical business and operational environments through rapid incident response and structured cabling support.
Key Responsibilities - Provide L1 on-site network support for incidents and service requests
- Perform daily checks of network rooms (MDF/IDF), cabling, and device health
- Handle smart-hands tasks (cable replacement, port swaps, device reseating)
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (link down, Wi-Fi issues, IP phone faults)
- Support switch, AP, and endpoint replacement under L2/L3 guidance
