Role Summary

The Kore AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the platform. This role focuses on building virtual assistants, chatbots, and voice bots that integrate with enterprise systems, contact center platforms, and backend services. The engineer works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing conversational experiences.



Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy conversational bots using the platform for chat and voice-based use cases.

Build and manage intents, utterances, entities, dialog flows, and conversation logic.

Implement NLP/NLU configurations, context handling, and error/fallback strategies.
