The Telecommunications Specialist reports to the Network Manager and works with the Cable Plant Specialist, Network and Service Desk Teams. He or she works with senior KNet management to design and develop the cellular, RF, and fibre optic systems. This includes providing support, responding to queries, documenting changes, traveling to approved jobs, and assisting with testing, assessment, diagnosis, and resolution of telecommunication systems incidents. Under the direct supervision of the KNet Network Manager, he or she develops a telecommunication services support program.
