Job Description

A kitchen shift manager supports the kitchen manager and pub manager and takes responsibility for the kitchen operation. This includes supporting, leading and motivating the team to meet sales, profit and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and work unsupervised to achieve excellent customer service.
• Serve food to correct specifications while consistently meeting food‑delivery‑time targets.
• Adhere to all Wetherspoons SOPs and company policies to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace.
