Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys, and keep preparation areas clean and tidy.
• Monitor stock rotation, comply with company policies, procedures and mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.

Qualifications

A passion for food, previous experience working in a kitchen, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent service to residents, maintaining high standards, and working effectively with the wider kitchen and care home teams.
