Working Day & Working Hours: 5 or 6 days / week (including weekends & PH), 4-5 hours shift / day
Service and Basic Food Preparation - To welcome customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- To prepare food according to required specifications, receipe and required standards
- Know the menu and promotions very well, upselling products actively
- Use equipment/tools (e.g. POS/ delivery devices / Nets, Credit card terminals / SAFRA Points system)
- Perform duties accurately and speedily
Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and Safe Work Environment - Need to observe all food safety regulations by wearing gloves, face mask when handling food
- Practice good personal grooming and hygiene (e.g. clean uniform, short nails, tied-up hair)
