What you will do:
Providing leadership and management to kit planning team.
Coach, develop and hire new talent within the team.
Responsible for the overall team motivation, setting objectives, performance review and development for the organization in their region.
Develop and implement the appropriate kit sourcing and build strategy and inventory strategy.
Single go to person for related divisions at EU level for kit and consignment inquiries.
Budget accountability for European kit Investment and Inventory, including managing of the free stock for kit build in Venlo.
Provide direct input, advice, and guidance to the European sales Divisions in relation to the best options for sourcing the Kits and Assets being requested by the divisions.
Lead initiatives to shorten time to market for new kit deployment.
