Overview

The overall objective of this action is to facilitate the implementation of EU-funded programmes in Pakistan through necessary support operations, helping to position the EU as a partner of reference among selected target audiences.

The Team Leader is expected to have: strong analytical, communication and coordination skills and a good knowledge of various development aspects of Pakistan; excellent skills in drafting development cooperation related documents and strategies; strong inter-personal skills and excellent skills in communication, negotiations and facilitating relations and to work as team player.

Qualifications and skills

• At least a Master’s degree in a discipline relevant to international cooperation, such as political science, economics or social science.
