ROLE OVERVIEW
We need a Key Client Manager who can take ownership of a complex, high-value client relationship and lead a team of property managers to deliver against them.
Youll act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building long-term partnerships, overseeing service delivery and leading your team to consistently meet and exceed agreed standards.
