A modern digital bank is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to assist the Key Accounts Head and Chief Growth Officer in achieving business goals through strategic partnerships and driving new opportunities with key partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage account integrations with fintech's and high-growth companies
Coordinate partnership activities across internal teams (legal, compliance, product, tech, marketing)
Approach business development with a focus on metrics and results
Analyze and provide insights on partnership performance
Optimize partnership efforts, ensuring partners meet SLAs and BCP standards
Negotiate and finalize partner contracts
Identify opportunities and map customer journeys, flows, and touchpoints
Collaborate effectively with technology teams
