- Support the team to:
- Handle a portfolio of companies
- Ensure client loyalty : build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, anticipate signals of dissatisfaction, and implement solutions.
- Build customer engagement : ensure successful onboarding of new accounts, present consumption reports through business reviews, promote Alan’s health positioning, and execute out‑of‑the‑box engagement initiatives.
