POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director overseeing the department, the Graduate Assistant will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating all assigned programs as needed. The Graduate Assistant will provide a quality experience to members, vendors, children, and parents that focuses on the YMCA's core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. The ideal candidate will be someone who studies in a related field and is willing to build relationships with staff, volunteers, and parents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with implementing, developing, and monitoring the programs.

Participate in orientation meetings and training.

Responsible for updating program and/or department records.

Assist in recruiting volunteers.

Assist with the implementation of program marketing materials.
