Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role 

This is a fixed-term, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The Kaiāwhina role supports ākonga to navigate their learning journey, helping to create positive, educational, and mana-enhancing experiences that contribute to Māori and Pasifika learner success. Kaiāwhina provide one-on-one guidance, assist with formal study-related applications, support class delivery, facilitate meaningful connections among learners, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment where all ākonga feel a sense of belonging.
