Our Transactions team is looking for a new dedicated colleague in the function of a Junior Transaction Officer.

Responsibilities

• Draft contractual documents (promissory notes, loan agreements, waivers) with assistance of senior and Legal Counsel.
• Support with continuous investment administration (cash flow statements and tracking, legal documents tracking, deal restructuring).
• Liaise with Custody Bank for execution of disbursements.
• Execute FX trades in deliverable and non-deliverable currencies.
• Co‑ordination with Investment Officers, Transaction Officers and Investees for obtaining and tracking various Constitutional, Legal, Financial & Regulatory documents.

Qualifications

• Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments.
• Degree in Finance/Law, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field from a recognized and reputable institution.
