Job Summary

We are seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join our Calgary, AB team. The role reports directly to the Site/Civil Lead and focuses on planning, design, and permitting of land and community development projects including residential, mixed‑use, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Site/Civil Lead across all phases of project delivery and client service.
• Prepare proposals and fee estimates.
• Develop and modify engineering documents such as reports, memos, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and cost estimates.
• Create design plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Coordinate with permitting authorities for approvals.
