Job Responsibilities: - Perform basic installation, setup, and commissioning of commercial coffee machines
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning
- Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Respond to customer service requests and provide on‑site technical support
- Document service activities, parts usage, and machine status in service reports
- Support warehouse tasks such as machine preparation, testing, and configuration before delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC
- Possession of a valid Class 3 licence is an advantage
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
