Job Description

My client is a very well established Fintech and urgently a Junior IT Support Engineers on initial 3 month contracts, Inside IR35.

Job role:

- Assist the IT Ops team and provide additional office support
- Help users returning to the office with basic desk setup/troubleshooting etc
- Deal with walk- ups and support requests where a physical presence is needed
- Log the work completed via our ticketing system
- Assist with basic Helpdesk tickets

You will be required to work onsite at the clients London based office.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 18:00
