As a DCDP at Courtside, you will support the kitchen in preparing high-quality dishes while developing your skills under senior chefs.
You’ll be responsible for —
Preparing ingredients and dishes for service.
Maintaining portion and quality control.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Assisting CDPs and Sous Chefs with daily operations.
You need —
Degree/diploma in culinary/hospitality.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
