Main Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
Follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements
Monitor order fulfilment and update customers accordingly
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and claims when required
