About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Junior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking pre and post contract quantity surveying services and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of building construction framework agreements.

• Manage main contract documents, including eg agreeing bond wording, contract signing, etc.
• Prepare payment schedules detailing main contract valuations and payment dates.
• Determine the extent and value of building work completed for interim payments to contractors as per contract.
