Junior Property Management Coordinator at Ukio. Responsible for managing maintenance issues, negotiating with landlords, coordinating with insurance and service providers, and ensuring timely resolution while balancing the interests of Ukio and the landlord.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural issues from complaint to resolution.
- Follow up negotiations and resolutions with property owners.
- Manage apartments that are blocked for sales.
- Handle insurance claims and refunds.
- Negotiate landlord rent discounts and grace periods to cover expenses and guest compensations.
- Coordinate external handymen and property management companies for repairs.
- Conduct apartment visits with property owners.
- Provide weekly reports on owner‑related incidents.
- Lead weekly meetings with Ukio’s Legal, Accounting, Supply, and Guest Experience teams.
