About the Role

Parsons is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Public Safety team in San Diego. You'll own the day-to-day execution of critical technology projects — think mission-critical communications systems, public safety networks, and 9-1-1 infrastructure — that directly support first responders and the communities they serve.
 

This isn't a task tracker role. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients, our delivery teams, and Parsons leadership — keeping projects on time, on scope, and on budget while building lasting client relationships.
