12 years' experience in project coordination or project management within the construction or waterproofing industry  
Valid driver's licence  
Own reliable transport  
Strong organisational and planning skills  
Good communication and interpersonal skills  
Computer literate (MS Office)  
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
