As a Junior Production Engineer, you will be responsible to sustain safe shift operations (zero LT), productive utilization of resources (People and Machinery), while adhering to and monitoring the production plan.
Responsibilities
Process – Post shift production and dispatches in SAP system, fulfill manpower requirements for smooth shift operations, achieve shift‑wise production targets for quality and quantity, control product losses, write shift production reports, mark worker attendance, review lab results and instruct operators, follow written and verbal instructions from the Divisional Head, ensure operators provide accurate log sheet information, write shift performance reports, and ensure sufficient materials and supplies are drawn from stores on time.
