Job Title: Junior Officer - IT Governance

The Officer – IT Governance will support the implementation and monitoring of IT governance practices across the bank’s IT function by ensuring policies, controls, and compliance requirements are effectively applied. The role involves assisting in the development and review of governance frameworks, tracking risks and control gaps, and coordinating remediation actions with relevant stakeholders. In addition, the officer will maintain governance registers, compliance trackers, and documentation while facilitating collaboration with IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business teams to strengthen governance awareness and reporting.
