• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of overall experience in networking or NOC environments.
• Hands‑on experience with NOC operations and support (L1/L2).
• Experience working with Cisco, Arista, and/or Juniper network devices.
