JOB PURPOSE:

· 完成工厂焊接机器人系统的产品程序编制,确保设备产出优良焊接产品。

JOB DUTIES:

· 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。

· 严格遵守公司的各项制度。

· 主动学习焊接机器人及周边设备的相关资料，熟悉机器人程序编制，常见设备故障排查，焊接缺陷识别及参数调整预防，备件等。

· 确保机器人操作工按照标准作业，指导教育机器人操作工标准操作动作，指出不足并改进，能够对操作工进行简单焊接只知识及机器人操作关联知识的培训认证。

· 了解产品图纸及焊接工艺；按时完成NPI工件的程序编制及稳定化，确保低的UT不良率和外观不良，能够分析故障或缺陷原因，并采用各种方法解决焊接质量问题。
