The suitable candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and smooth operation of all information technology systems and infrastructure.
 
This role ensures that all hotel systems from PMS to guest Wi-Fi are reliable, secure, and functioning to the highest standard to support an uninterrupted luxury guest experience.

Provide first and second-line technical support to all departments and staff.
