            Key Responsibilities  Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of IBM Storage Protect (TSM) and comparable backup solutions 
Perform installation, configuration, and implementation of IBM Storage Protect 
Provide 24/7 operational support, including working in shifts and handling critical incidents independently 
Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BAU (Business As Usual) backup activities 
Monitor backup jobs, perform recovery operations, and ensure SLA adherence 
Provide remote and onsite support as required 
Analyze and resolve escalated backup and recovery issues within target timelines 
Conduct problem determination and root cause analysis for recurring issues 
Audit and optimize backup policies, retention, and environments 
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams
