As the HR Coordinator based in our client's Smithfield office, you will ensure new hires have a smooth and professional entry into the business. You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding, induction and pre-employment checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This role is central to creating positive employee experience and supporting day-to-day HR operations while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Based in the Smithfield office, with hybrid working available once fully trained and established in the role.
