Experience Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects. Sound knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities. Ability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
