YPDP 2026 Snapshot
Program Architecture: Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) 2026 program is a 6-month program broadly divided into 3 phases:
- Induction and Orientation (2 Weeks).
- Cross-Functional Exposure Training. Work on live implementable projects across functions regardless of your core area of specialization (24 Weeks).
- Posting as Finance Manager
Compensation : Rs. 16.00 Lakhs CTC (11.80 Lakhs Fixed + 1.80 Lakhs Performance Linked Variable Pay(annual) + 2.00 Lakhs retention bonus + 0.40 lakh medical insurance).

- Scheme Management and offer costing.
- Costing, Pricing & Margin/Profitability Analysis Work.
- Proactive approach in ensuring accurate and timely Price Master Maintenance
- Managing & coordinating Cost audit
