The successful candidate will focus on user satisfaction, effective problem-solving, and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site, while maintaining strong productivity and meeting daily call resolution targets. This role requires strict adherence to call management workflows, accurate asset management, proper use of closure codes, and timely escalation of ageing calls to ensure prompt resolution.
