Salary: Up to $3500
Office hours, Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate facility maintenance (HVAC, utilities, equipment)
- Liaise with vendors for servicing, repairs, calibration
- Support preventive maintenance schedules & equipment tracking
- Oversee contractor works (permits, risk assessments, safety)
- Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO/GMP standards
- Monitor utilities usage, safety reports, and facility operations
Requirements - Min. Degree in Engineering / Biomedical / related field
- Min. 1 year relevant experience (GMP/ISO environment preferred)
- Basic IT knowledge (systems, equipment interface)
