            Responsibilities Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit‑out and joinery projects. 
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. 
Perform quantity take‑offs from drawings and project documents. 
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing. 
Prepare cost comparison sheets and maintain updated pricing databases. 
Support the Estimation Manager / Senior Estimator in tender submissions and bid preparations. 
Analyze project scope and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities. 
Assist in preparing material quantities, labor costs, and project budgets. 
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for technical clarifications. 
Maintain estimation records, tender logs, and project cost data. 
Ensure all estimates are completed within submission deadlines.
