            Responsibilities Identify the bid requirement both technical and commercial to prepare a compliant bid. 
Conduct site visit when required and consider any cost to be added to the tender. 
Understand the program of work and its requirements. 
Prepare and submit a request for information to the client/consultant to clarify any discrepancies. 
Identify labour, material and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications and related documents. 
Delegate draftsmen for quantity take off to cross-check the BOQ quantities and schedules. 
Prepare and combine the cost estimate. 
Ensure the full scope is covered or proper qualification is included. 
Attend pre and post tender meeting and capable to prepare a VE bid. 
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Estimation Manager. 
Prepare requests for quotations to suppliers/sub-contractors to obtain quotations.
