Job Description
Handle escalated tickets from Level 1 support
Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
Administer Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (user & identity troubleshooting)
Perform firewall & VPN rule support (under approved changes)
Support virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V)
Perform backup & restore operations
Assist in server patching and maintenance activities
Troubleshoot security alerts (EDR / endpoint‑related issues)
Prepare simple RCA and technical documentation
