            Job Description

Processing received orders in collaboration with CRM and Process control team
Preparation, submittal, and follow Up of GAD, Critical Documents, and technical files with customers
Tracking of issued Purchase Orders by Procurement Department related to confirmed Job Orders
Tracking the schedule of receiving material and delivery
Tracking the Release of related invoices to the customers
Attending SAT and Conduct Quality Inspection to confirm compliance of Products before delivery to customers
Assist in the execution of Electrical and Instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and project documents.
Support the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Coordinate with site supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
