Tasks:
Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (e.g., Active Directory).Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and access provisioning.Monitor and track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.Document issues, s...
