Basic coding knowledge (Java/Kotlin, JSON, REST APIs)
- Ability to read logs, validate license parameters, and assist with basic SDK/API integration issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during off-hours
The workload will likely be low and intermittent—mostly reviewing incoming tickets, assisting if needed, and escalating when appropriate.
- Experience debugging TLS/pinning issues and understanding mobile app signing is a plus
- Experience in Costumer Service
