Quant Capital is working with a leading proprietary trading firm looking to hire a Systems Engineer to support a high-performance front-office environment.

This role sits directly alongside the business. You’ll be supporting traders and critical systems in real time, owning issues end-to-end and improving the technology stack they rely on. The environment is fast, demanding and highly technical — you’re expected to think clearly under pressure and fix problems properly.
