Junior Demand Planner – Madrid (hybrid)

Experience: 1–2 years in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain or S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and update of the demand forecast, consolidating information from markets, affiliates, and regions.
• Analyze sales history, trends, seasonality and other factors influencing demand.
• Participate in the preparation of information for monthly planning cycles such as S&OP/IBP.
• Monitor deviations between forecast and actual demand and identify root causes with the team.
• Align forecasts with Supply Planning to ensure product availability and meet supply needs.
