MUST:

Experienced Junior Construction Tech

1–3 years of construction field experience preferred.

Basic understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety procedures.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements on the jobsite

QA/QC inspections throughout all phases of construction.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred (Excel, Procore, CXAlloy)

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Associate degree or construction-related education preferred.
