At aTemporal, we are looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist to join our offices in Barcelona. We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional who is motivated to be part of a solid and rapidly growing project. Basic accounting knowledge is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage temporary rental inquiries through different channels (phone, email, and in person).
- Support the administration of a portfolio of temporary rentals (100 apartments).
- Manage the commercial process, including reservation management.
- Assist clients and provide solutions to their requests and needs.
- Manage and update the internal CRM system.
- Support apartment check-ins and check-outs.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Languages: Advanced level of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
