About the Role

PaymentGenes are supporting a leading financial services organisation on a high‑impact transformation programme within their Commercial Cards division.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role supporting a large‑scale card management system (CMS) migration, alongside new market expansion and product initiatives across the region.

You’ll work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to drive delivery, coordinate activity, and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.

Migration & Delivery

• Support day‑to‑day delivery of a major CMS migration programme
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive action closure
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Help resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum
