We are looking for a Junior Change Manager with banking experience to support global market data transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communications, user adoption, and change coordination activities.
This position supports a global transformation initiative within a leading private banking environment focused on the rollout of a new Market Data operating model. The role works closely with business and technology stakeholders across Front Office, Investment Advisory, Research, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth user adoption and effective organisational change. The successful candidate will support communication activities, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, user readiness, and governance tasks while helping minimise disruption across international teams operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment.
