Johannesburg - North (Sandton / Midrand / Diepsloot)
Our client is looking for a suitably qualified individual to assist them on the ‘Deal/transactions’ side of the business.
Minimum qualifications:
Either a BSc QS or BSc Building Science/Construction Management, BSc Civil, or a BSc Property Studies.
Age: 25 - 35 years old as this is a junior position.
Previous experience in:
Business development
Construction
Property
QS development
Leasing
Or a combination.
You will work with the Senior consultant and be developed and grown within the company as you gain experience over the years. You will be involved in business development and deals/transactions with the guidance of your Senior consultant.
