Junior Budget Analyst – Support USPS Engineering Projects

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is hiring a Junior Budget Analyst to support U.S. Postal Service (USPS) engineering and infrastructure programs in Merrifield, VA. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in budget tracking, project finance, and federal reporting who want to grow within a stable, mission-driven federal environment.

You’ll work directly with project managers and contracting teams to track budgets, analyze costs, and ensure compliance with federal financial requirements—helping keep large-scale USPS initiatives on schedule and within budget.



Work Schedule:

Initial on-site presence required for onboarding and ramp-up, with 1 day of telework per week once established.
